About Us
We are a community of believing friends who have taken to heart the words of Jesus Christ:
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find;
knock, and it will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives; and whoever seeks finds;
and to the one who knocks it will be opened (Matthew 7:7-8).
Each of us has a different conversion story and different experiences. But we have been united through the Word of God and deeply desire to know God as He is, to walk in His paths and to do His will. We knock and seek Him every day in His holy Scriptures, in which He has revealed His power and glory to the world. Everything we have been taught about God, from our homes or from various teachings, we had to verify against the Bible. Inspired by the attitude of the Bereans (Acts 17:10-11), just as they once did, we do today: we examine the Scriptures to see if these things are so.
We believe that what we need to know, what we need to lead a holy life, is written in the Holy Scriptures, in its Hebrew and Greek parts. Therefore, we read and meditate on the entire Holy Scripture, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse.
Jesus said: "For this reason I was born, and for this purpose I came into the world, to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who belongs to the truth listens to my voice"
(John 18:37). Our only desire is to know the Truth and to share the Truth, at any cost, even at the expense of everything we are and possess. We also want to share what we understand from the Bible.
We believe in ONE God YHWH, and besides Him there is no other (Isaiah 45:5). We know God by reading the Bible, and also by experiencing the world, admiring His works and creatures. The God whom we confess is the God who in the beginning created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1), created everything that exists from nothing, by His word (Psalm 33:6). He also created humans, endowing them with the ability to think, the gift of free will, and the ability to decide for themselves. He has made from one blood all nations to dwell on the face of the earth, and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us (Acts 17:26-27). Thanks to God we live and breathe. We have nothing that is not His gift. We wake up every day thanks to God's kindness and love. We are to use the time given to us to know God, as He makes Himself known to us, and through His power to live in holiness.
Throughout history since the creation of Adam, God places before each individual life and death, blessing and curse (Deuteronomy 30:15).
What a person chooses is their free will. And although God knows everything, including the most hidden thoughts and intentions of the heart, He leaves humans complete freedom in this choice.
God is spirit. The Spirit of the Lord is the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2). His faithful ones, who keep the commandments, trust God's promises and live according to God's Laws, not according to the spirit of the world, these God endows with His holy spirit. These He teaches, leads, immerses in His holy spirit (Acts 1:5) and seals for the day of redemption (Ephesians 4:30).
God YHWH is unchanging; He does not change (Malachi 3:6). He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The God whom Abel, Enoch, Noah, Joseph, David, Samson and other faithful people of God acknowledged. He was acknowledged by all people of faith mentioned in the Scriptures, not only from among the Jews but also from the Gentiles. God YHWH, whom we also acknowledge, is merciful and just, holy, faithful to promises, and His love and mercy triumph over judgment (James 2:13).
The Man - Jesus Christ, Son of God is the only mediator between humanity and God in the work of salvation, the only man who lived his life without sin, always holy and filled with God's love (1 Timothy 2:5). He is the unique, only begotten Son of God. Not a man, but God YHWH Himself is His Father. He was born of the Spirit of God (Luke 1:35, Matthew 1:20-21), and according to the flesh - of the house and lineage of David (Romans 1:3).
We believe that no one comes to God except through the SON OF GOD - MAN - JESUS CHRIST (John 14:6). He is the only way to God for all people, and anyone who ACKNOWLEDGES AND CONFESSES that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah can walk this path, for in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him (Acts 10:35).
He is our Way, Truth and Life, the promised Messiah (John 14:6). Having taken upon Himself the consequences of our sins out of great love, He gave His holy life as an offering for us. By the hands of godless people, He was unjustly tortured and crucified. He was pure, without sin and holy, and God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power. God was always with Him, because Jesus spoke and did what was God's will (Acts 10:38). He was obedient in everything, even to death on the cross. Therefore God raised him from death to life. Through this undeserved death of the MAN - Jesus Christ, death is conquered, and all faithful and holy people who live according to God's will are given the promise of resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:54). Only in this way could our salvation be accomplished.
The hope of eternal life is for those who trust HIM, who accept with all their heart the deliverance from sin and death that God gives, to those who live in holiness, change their nature, waiting for adoption as children of God. God circumcises hearts, transforms people into children after the model of Isaac (Romans 6). Only in God can we have this freedom from sin, we can and should be holy. Now, here on earth. And it can be so thanks to the power of God (Leviticus 19:2, 1 Peter 1:15-16).
We await the day when the Messiah will return; we believe that the time of judgment on earth will come. And there will be a separation between those who will live forever and those who will justly face eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power (2 Thessalonians 1:9).
We testify that happy is the person who has in their heart the fear of the Lord, fear of His Holiness, Glory, Power, and fear of doing evil (Psalm 1:1-2).
Nothing that people have, possess or are equals in value to the Most High. His grace is more precious than life (Psalm 63:4). As long as someone lives, there is hope for them to turn to God. As it is written: "Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked?" declares ADONAI YHWH. "Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live? (...) Because they consider and turn away from all the transgressions they have committed, they will surely live, they will not die (...) For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone," declares ADONAI YHWH. "Therefore turn yourselves and live" (Ezekiel 18:23, 28, 32).
God waits patiently for people to answer the question: "Adam, where are you?" This is a decision at the beginning of the journey with God. But only the person who perseveres until the end of their days will live forever, as it is written: "Those who overcome will inherit all things; I will be their God, and they will be my children" (Revelation 21:7).
For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
He will save us! (Isaiah 33:22)
